For athletes who want to be race ready, who want more communication, flexibility to change the training more often and monthly 1-1s to discuss how training is progressing and future plans.

Performance

For serious athletes who want bespoke triathlon coaching, integrated S&C, race strategy, nutritional advice,  unlimited communication and post race analysis.

Strength & Conditioning

Sport Specific S&C based on your needs

With comprehensive strength tests we can identify the areas you personally need to develop to become a more resilient athlete, whilst also building strength and power. This is athlete focused and completely unique to you. 

Its has been proven over and over again that the integration of S&C into a training program increases performance. 

 

Cycling

E-Coaching - TTs, Sportives, Endurance Events

 

This individualised training schedule includes daily sessions planned on a weekly basis, race plans, bad weather alternatives and analysis of sessions.


Its a comprehensive coaching package that is built on quality communication between coach and athlete.
