You should understand that when participating in any exercise or training plan, there is the possibility of physical injury. If you choose to undertake the services provided by 3-1E, you agree that you do so at your own risk, are voluntarily following your plan, assume all risk of injury to yourself, and agree to release and discharge 3-1E from any and all claims or causes of action, known or unknown, arising out of 3-1E.
